– The Ede Grand Central Masjid was renovated by the illustrious Ede son, Alhaj Abdul Kabeer Adisa Aliu (MATRIX ENERGY LTD) who also built two others in the town and its environ.

Ede (Osun State): The ancient town of Ede bubbled on Wednesday as Muslim faithfuls from all over Osun State and beyond converged for the official commissioning of the newly renovated modern Ede Grand Central Mosque.
Speaking at the event, the Timi of Edeland, Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, expressed gratitude to Allah for the completion of the Mosque, urging Muslims to uphold the values of piety, unity and devotion.

FLOWERBUDNEWS reports that the Grand Central Mosque was commissioned along with two other masjids built at Akoda town and AL FAREED College. The masjids were renevoted or built by the illustrious Ede son, Alhaj Abdul Kabeer Adisa Aliu (MATRIX ENERGY LTD).
The Timi applauded the Ede community especially the Muslim council for giving Alhaj Abdul Kabeer Adisa Aliu (MATRIX ENERGY LTD) the opportunity to renovate the Grand Central Maskid to modern taste saying: A lot of people say something but implementing it, is always a problem ” .
The chief Imam of EdeLand, Sheikh Moshood Hussain Akajewole stressed that the mosque would go a long way to assist the propagation of the message of Islam and unite muslims in Ede community.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant all the blessings inherent in the construction of such projects to Alhaji Abdul Kabeer Adisa Aliu Matrix, noting that it has afforded him the opportunity to demonstrate his passion for humanity in general and Islam in particular.
The Chief Imam acknowledged the contributions and timely advice of Engr Barrister Dhulqornaen Oyebamiji Adetona who served as the last man standing for the success of the foundation.
In his welcome address, the Chairman Ede Muslim council, Dr Idris Misbaudeen Shekoni stated that the project was a demonstration of the intention of Alhaji Abdul Kabeer Aliu to contribute to the growth of Islam.
Dr. Shekoni stressed further “When you see how this Mosque was before and it actually turned out to be this, one cannot but thank ALLAH for the life of Alhaji Abdul Kabeer Matrix for thinking this way and also doing it.’:
He quoted from both the Holy Quran and Hadith about the rewards ALLAH has promised builders of masjids, noting that it is one of the noblest actions by a muslim.
The Chairman reminded muslims that ALLAH had promised to build a house in paradise for whoever built a Mosque on earth for his sake as it’s one of the best act of charity.
Commissioning the Ede Central Mosque, the former speaker Osun State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adejare Bello commended Alhaji Abdul Kabeer Aliu foundation for it’s commitment to religious infrastructure and community development.
He emphasized that the renovated central mosque and the other newly built in Akoda town and Al Fareed college would serve as a beacon of spiritual and social unity for residents.
Hon. Adejare also said that the Aliu Adisa Foundation has demonstrated his commitment to fostering religious growth, community welfare and social harmony in Ede and Osun State.
Meanwhile, The Grand chief Imam of Osun State, Dr Sheikh Musa Animasaun has applauded the chief executive officer of Matrix Energy, Alhaji Abdul Kabeer Adisa Aliu for promoting Islam by building state of the art mosques across the state.
The Grand chief Imam who commissioned the Akoda town central mosque used the occasion to pray for the parents of Alhaji Abdul Kabeer ( Late Alhaji Aliyu Oyebisi) and Alhaja Maimunat Arinke Aliyu who is alive).
FLOWERBUDNEWS reports that the events were well attended by government representatives, Ede Imam in Council, Raatibi Imams, Osun Muslims community representatives, Osun Muslims students society members and other affiliations.
Others were: executive members of MSSN, Muslims council members, and Alhaji Abd Razq Akewula, Abd Razq Badmus, Abd Waasiu Olawale. Arahmain Bread, Mallam Isiaq Awwal,
