Fellow Nigerians. When Mr President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR took the oath of office, He pledged before God and country to serve all Nigerians, without fear or favour, without preference for region, tribe, or faith. That oath is the guiding principle behind every bridge He constructs, every road He rehabilitates, every railway He revived, every megawatt of power He restores, and every health centre He strengthen. His administration’s compass is national service — one people, one destiny.
Today, across the length and breadth of our nation, this promise is being translated into tangible progress:
✨ *Transport & Connectivity:* From the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway in the South to the Sokoto–Badagry Superhighway in the North; from the Port Harcourt–Maiduguri Eastern Rail Line to the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano Expressway in the Centre, and the Trans-Saharan Highway linking Nigeria to other African nations — these projects are not sectional gains but national assets, knitting our people closer together, opening markets, and facilitating trade and integration.
✨ *Energy & Power:* The revived 255MW Kaduna Power Plant is returning much-needed electricity to homes and industries. The Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline has crossed the River Niger, symbolizing not just engineering progress but an energy lifeline that will power businesses and create opportunities for millions. Oil and gas exploration is expanding in Bauchi and Gombe, opening new frontiers for prosperity and energy security.
✨ *Healthcare & Education:* Health centres across the federation are being rehabilitated and modernized to deliver care closer to the people. Investments are also being channeled into schools and learning infrastructure, because every Nigerian child — regardless of background — deserves access to quality education and a fair chance at success.
✨ *Urban & Rural Development:* Light rail projects in Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, and Ogun are advancing to ease movement, reduce costs, and modernize our transport systems. In Onitsha and Bonny, new bridges are reconnecting families, communities, and economies. Rural farmers are being supported with better road networks, giving them access to markets, while traders and artisans benefit from improved power supply and infrastructure.
✨ *Jobs & Opportunities:* Beyond structures of concrete and steel, we are building livelihoods. Already, over 250,000 jobs are being created through these projects, and millions more will emerge as investments mature, industries thrive, and small businesses expand.
Fellow Nigerians, these are not abstract statistics. They are the lifelines of a Renewed Hope agenda that ensures equity, fairness, and inclusivity. Every farmer who seeks a road to take produce to the market, every trader who depends on electricity for business, every patient who walks into a health centre, every child who deserves a school desk and a teacher — they are the beating heart of our mission.
This is what it means to build a Nigeria where no citizen is second-class, no region is neglected, and no community is forgotten.
The equity of Renewed Hope is that development is not confined to one zone, nor prosperity reserved for one group. It belongs to all of us. Together, through sacrifice, determination, and unity, we will rise as one people, bound by a common heritage and a shared destiny.
