Osun State to Benefit from World-Class College as Agoro Lays Foundation.

The Osun State landscape is set to transform with the establishment of Joshua Agoro College, a technical and secondary school that will offer cutting-edge education.

The college’s foundation was laid by the Elerinmo of Erinmo, with Governor Ademola Adeleke represented by Commissioner for Education, Dipo Eluwole.

‎Joshua Agoro College is an initiative of Engr  Ademola Isaac Agoro, to immortalise his late father, Pa Joshua Alaba Agoro.

‎Engr Ademola Agoro, a former Vice President, Nigeria Society of Engineer in charge of collaboration and  linkages, has  before now established the first free privately owned technical college where students are taught about Robitics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Industrial 4.

‎Engr. Agoro, expressed his vision for the college, stating that it will empower the next generation to rise above current challenges.

‎He emphasised the importance of education in driving development and growth.

The 2027 House of Reps aspirant said that even though the school will be 100% free for the students but the quality and high standard of the school will never be compromised.

‎The college, situated on 3.1 acres of land, will feature modern facilities and technological equipment to enhance the learning experience.

‎The Osun State Government, represented by the Commissioner for Education, Dipo Eluwole, thanked Engr Agoro, for his passion and love for his people. pledged to partner with the college to meet the expectations of students and the community.

The Elerinmo of Erinmo eulogised the commitment and dedication of Engr Agoro, who he described as a pride to the people of Erinmo Ijesha and Osun state as a whole.

‎He said that the town will support the construction of the college with assurance that the work will continue without obstruction while effective supervision and monitoring will also be put in place.

A former House of Representatives, High Chief Nathaniel Agunbiade, expressed joy to the gesture of the aspirant, saying that it will bring development to the town.

The students of Joshua Agoro also added glamour to the event with cultural  dance
