A massive campaign billboard promoting President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 ambition was on Friday brought down by heavy rainfall in Abuja.
Images circulated online showed the billboard, which had stood firm earlier in the day, reduced to a mangled wreck after the downpour.
The incident quickly attracted attention on social media, sparking a flurry of reactions from Nigerians.
An X (formerly Twitter) user, @Hashafcee1, posted before-and-after pictures of the scene, captioning it: “Wow! Today’s Rain in Abuja. So Mashaa Allah. Before And After. Ruwa Yayi Gyara…”
