– Slams N5 Million Fine on Plaintiff

The Supreme Court has on Monday dismissed lawsuit seeking the removal of President Bola Tinubu while slamming N5 million fine on the plaintiff.
In the lawsuit filed by the 2023 presidential candidate of the Hope Democratic Party, Ambrose Owuru, had challenged the qualification of Tinubu for the presidential election held last year.
Owuru had called for the removal of the President.
The Supreme Court, however, dismissed the suit while also instructing its Registry to reject any further frivolous originating summons from Owuru.
