America President confers Lifetime Achievement Award on Dr Ojadah

The President of the United States of America {USA}, Joe Biden, has conferred the country’s Lifetime Achievement Award on Amb. Dr Jonathan Ojadah.
Dr Ojadah is the Global President of the United Nations International Peace and Governance Council {UNIPGC} and International Royal Diplomatic Club of the United Nations, Vilnius, Lithuania (IRDCUN) – European Union Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
The message for the conferment of the award was conveyed to the diplomat in a letter personally signed by President Biden.
President Biden said Amb. Ojadah’s contributions to American society were legendary, and that by sharing his time and passion, the ambassador was helping discover and deliver solutions to the challenges the country faced.
He maintained that he was proud to present Ojadah with the President’s Lifetime Achievement award in recognition of his 499 hours of service to the nation.
The president said: ‘’The American story depends not on any one of us, not on some of us, but on all of us. I congratulate you on taking it over to yourself to contribute to the public good, and I’m proud to present you with the President’s Lifetime Achievement award in recognition of your 499 hours of service to this great nation.
‘’Throughout our country’s history, the American story has been strengthened by those who combine optimism about what can be with resilience to turn that vision into reality.
“I know I’m not alone in recognising that those who are willing to step up and volunteer in service of community and country are essential to the ongoing work of forming a more perfect union.
‘’By sharing your time and passion, you are helping discover and deliver solutions to the challenges we face – solutions that we need now more than ever.
“We are living in a moment that calls for hope and light and love. Hope for our future, light to see our way forward, and love for one another. Through your service, you are providing all the three.
‘’On behalf of the American people, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to you for your volunteer leadership, and I encourage you to continue to answer the call to serve. The country is counting on you’’.
Also, a member of US Congress, Sheila Jackson Lee representing the District of Texas, congratulated Dr. Ojadah for his recognition, describing it as a momentous occasion.
In a congratulatory letter she personally signed, the US member of Congress extolled Dr. Ojadah for his humanitarian services which she said has been admirable.

The honour is reserved for those who contribute more than 4,000 hours of service in their lifetime. Along with the ultimate honour of presidential recognition, recipients usually receive a personalized certificate, an official pin, medallion or coin and a congratulatory letter from the president of the United States of American
In his response through his verified social media post, Amb. Ojadah said it came after a meticulous review and thorough screening of his career achievements.

The honour is reserved for those who contribute more than 4,000 hours of service in their lifetime.

This grand event and award presentation is set to unfold 2024 at South Shore Harbour, in the prestigious city of Houston Texas, USA, on 27th – 29th July, 2024.
