The Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation (CALMHAF) has provided a holistic solution to corporate and workplace stress, anxiety, worries of  economic volatility and personal cultural stigma facing Nigerian workers.

The Co-Founder of CALMHAF Foundation, Mrs Uzoamaka Nwachukwu, a leading mental health advocate, told newsmen in Enugu on Thursday that the foundation had designed a transformative workplace mental well-being initiative called: ThriveNaija Wellness Programme.

Nwachukwu said that the ThriveNaija Wellness Programme is a transformative initiative designed to rejuvenate employees, boost productivity and align with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.
