Enugu Attorney General visits CSDA
….Commissioner hails Gov. Mbah’s vision in pushing CSDA to achieve mandate of amenities provision, ODF
The Honourable Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Enugu State, Barr Osinachi Nnajieze, has hailed Gov. Peter Mbah’s vision in pushing Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) to provide critical social amenities in communities.
Nnajieze also appreciated CSDA efforts in achieving Open Defecation Free (ODF) rural and semi-urban communities and settlements in the state.
The attorney general made the commendation on Monday when he paid an Administrative Courtesy Visit to the General Manager of CSDA, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani.
Nnajieze, who is popularly known as the Honourable Attorney General (HAG), commended Gov. Mbah’s administrative Intentionality towards the Agency in getting the desired results of its mandate.
He said, “I commend the General Manager/CEO for his proactiveness since assumption of office.
“I am impressed and must applaud the entire staff of the Agency for the team work as well team spirit which is yielding good and visible results in this Agency.”

Responding, Ani described his warm administrative visit as “showing that the Agency is moving in the right direction and taking the right steps.”
He appreciated the commissioner for his contributions to the legal jurisprudence within the state and the entire country.
“As an Agency, CSDA, appreciate the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his vision, push and priority on community needs in his administration and supporting CSDA to deliver on them.
“The agency has provided social amenities like potable water boreholes for drinking and toilets for conveniences in over hundred communities.
“These projects have gone a long way in ending open defacation, improving sanitation and health of individuals, families and communities in the state,” he said.
The visit, which administrative discussions were the cardinal focus in its meeting, centred on underscoring the Agency’s activities and its outputs in the rural communities of Enugu State.
The meeting was part of the working visit of the commissioner within Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) towards achieving quality assurance results and quality administrative control.
