Foundation Felicitates Amb. Odumegwu-Ojukwu on 58th Birthday
The Monday Diamond Foundation, an NGO, has felicitated the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Her Excellency, Amb. Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, on her 58th birthday, describing her as “Character, Beauty and Brain”.
The Founder of the Foundation, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, said this on Thursday in Enugu in a congratulatory message titled: “Amb Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu: Celebrating Character, Beauty and Brain.”
Ani, who is also the Chief Executive Officer, Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), said that Odumegwu-Ojukwu is a woman with embodiment of rare feministic tripodal equalities: Character, Beauty, and Brain,
He noted that the special equalities are very rare for a woman to possess, “but Odumegwu-Ojukwu have them all”.
The founder described his relationship with Odumegwu-Ojukwu as a treasured relationship akin to that of an elder sister and younger brother, flourishing for years.
Ani recalled the role Odumegwu-Ojukwu played in the foundation as honorary matron, especially when the NGO organised the South East Debate in Enugu State in 2019 and the National Debate at the Sheraton Hotel, Abuja in 2022.
He extolled Odumegwu-Ojukwu’s commitment towards the realisation of people’s goals, her decent lifestyle, her adorable personality, her self-discipline and her projection of Igbo culture and social values.
According to him, this is a clear consolidation of the legacy of her husband, late Igbo Supreme Leader, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu (Ikemba Gburugburu).
He said, “The foundation commends the positive impacts Her Excellency Iyom Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu has made so far in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since her assumption as substantive Minister.
“Odumegwu-Ojukwu remains the Best Square Peg in the Most Strategic Square Hole because, in the shortest period of time,.she has become one of the few Outstanding Ministers in the current administration.”
Ani said that on behalf of his family, foundation and CSDA, “we wish Her Excellency Iyom Amb. Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu more good health, more wisdom to continue to pilot the affairs of her office.
“Above all, more of God’s grace to continue to shine in her world,” he added.
