MOSCOW:  (Xinhua)/FLOWERBUDNEWS:  — The Russian military has completed the operation to regain control of the border region of Kursk, and the results have been reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Saturday.
