Ede (Osun): A former Osun Honourable Commissioner for Information, Youth, Sports and Culture, Alh. Biola AbdulMajeed Lawal has felicitatec Governor Ademola Adeleke on his reelection for another four year term in office.
Alh. Biola Lawal said in a congratulatory message, which was issued in Ede, and titled; FELICITATION AND A PRAYER FOR MORE COMPASSIONATE GOVERNANCE FOR OUR PEOPLE, that Governor Adeleke’s win was well deserved and highly merited.
Lawal noted that, with the Governor’s ”excellent and compassionate leadership,’:he had ”given a good meaning to democracy., adding; ”Your government is truly a government of the people by the people and for the people.”
The former Honourable Commissioner, who is also a former Acting Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) said that with his performance, Gov. Adeleke had shown that ‘:the problem of our state, and indeed, Nigeria, is not with Democracy.
”GOD has used you to show that democracy can bring all round goodness to the people,” the former Commissioner stated..

I make bold to say that your performance and achievements as our Governor in the past near four years had, not only been remarkable, but also incredible.
As a former Honourable Commissioner of our dear state myself, it must have taken you serious determination, courage and a good heart for you to have touched the live of our people so much.
With your excellent and compassionate leadership, you have given a good meaning to democracy. Your government is truly a government of the people by the people and for the people.
Your leadership had, exposed that the problem of our state, and indeed, Nigeria, is not with Democracy. GOD has used you to show that democracy can bring all round goodness to the people.
You undertook unprecedented capital projects, gave the people water, took very good care of agriculture, you make the teachers happy. You alleviated the plight of pensioners – you put happiness on their faces.
You have given pensioners a true, not only hope, but a reality – that life can still be SWEET and ENJOYABLE after a dutiful service to our state.
I therefore, pray that GOD ALMIGHTY shall give you more strength, wisdom, courage and compassion to drastically surpass your current achievements in the next for years.
