Contrary to the lies by Osun APC members, Mustapha Taoreed Faronbi is a member of Accord in Ward 8, Osogbo Local Government. The fact that the Osun APC wrongly addressed him as Taofeeq Mustapha gave it up and raises questions about the narrative it is peddling.
According to the victim, he is not a member of APC nor his attackers were members of the Accord. He went on to identify some of his attackers by names, which does not in any way support the Osun APC’s false narrative, a statement by Pastor Victor Akande,
The Chairman, ACCORD Osun has disclosed.
He added that it was after the attack that he was forced to wear the APC branded cap and forced to record that video under duress, which APC members are made to broadcast.
A careful review of the two videos shared by the Osun APC showed that the cap on the victim was different from one another, indicating that the two different caps used in the two videos were deliberately planted to smear the Accord and distract attention away from violence targeted on Osun people.
This is one of many other harassments of Accord members by APC thugs. They have now gone further to attempt to twist the narrative posing as the victims.
