Pastor Alex Ogundipe of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Daki-Biyu District, Kubwa, Abuja, says Nigeria will experience a positive change after the 2027 general elections.
Ogundipe, speaking with newsmen on Sunday during the harvest thanksgiving service of the church tagged “Great Mercies,” said Nigeria would become a destination of interest in a few years’ time.
(The senior pastor, therefore, urged Nigerians to seek the face of God for a better country.)
“My charge to Nigerians is to trust the process God is taking Nigerians to and to seek the face of God to intervene in Nigeria’s matter.
“I believe that in the next four years, people will be begging to come to Nigeria. I don’t know who will be there but I can tell you without an iota of doubt.
“In the next four years, people will be begging for Nigerian visas and the Lord will bless this country,” he said.
Ogundipe said the reason Christians celebrate harvest annually is to remind them that a day is coming called “a day of judgment so that we can correct our path and put our hearts to wisdom.”
The guest preacher, Pastor Gideon Oyedepo, said each time Christians gather together to celebrate harvest, they gather unto the Lord’s visitation.
“Jesus is the master of harvest and Jesus is the mercy because the word of God says, ‘it is by the Lord’s mercy that we are not consume.'”
According to him, Jesus surrendered himself to be planted and he was planted and his death produced resurrection.
He said if Christ had not died and resurrected, Christians’ faith would have been in vain.
“Therefore, the death of Jesus is not a defeat, it is a path to divine multiplication,” he said.
