He appealed to them to take their civic responsibility seriously, noting that ”mere chanting of “YAYI ni jo! YAYI ni jare!!” can neither produce the desired results nor yield the anticipated fruits without viters’ card”.

Prof. Ajibola enjoined the YAYI supporters to ‘:do the needful by taking the advantage of the ongoing online and physical continuous voter’s registration (CVR) by INEC as this is very crucial to our collective future.’”

”Every eligible member, family, friends and associates must participate actively by either registering, revalidating or transferring their voter’s cards in order to obtain the permanent voter’s card (PVC) that qualifies individuals as members of the electorates,” he counseled.

Professor Ajibola-OMOLUABI who hailed from Abeokuta South Local Government area (LGA) of Ogun State enjoined OFY members to work hard in suppor of the gubernatorial ambition of Senator Solomon Olamilelekan Adeola-YAYI for eventual occupation of Oke-mosan seat of government come 2027.

Other members in his entourage are Mr Mikhail Alli, OFY Coordinator Odogbolu LGA; Mrs Aminat Owodunni Salau OFY Women Leader Ijebu East LGA; Mr Sikiru Ayanyemi, OFY Coordinator Sagamu LGA as well as his Ward Leaders and Representatives in persons of Mr AbdulAkeem Akinola Ogunbanjo from Ogijo (Ward 10); Mr Kabir Idowu Haruna (Ward 4 – Sabo 1, Sagamu); Mr Abdullah Owolabi Ajibola (Ward 3 – Ayegbami / Ijoku, Sagamu); Mr Nosiru Gbadamosi (Ward 2 – Oko, Epe & Itunla II, Sagamu).

Thus, supporting the gubernatorial ambition of Senator Solomon Olamilelekan Adeola-YAYI for eventual occupation of Oke-mosan seat of government come 2027.

He lauded the teachers for their boldness, courage and doggedness in joining the moving train leading to success and immense beneficial effects for all and sundry, young and old in Ogun State, especially the teachers whom he said our Principal and Governorship Hopeful, Senator Adeola is fond of and always take cognizance of at every instance.

The OFY Convener enjoined the teachers to appeal to their siddon-look colleagues and those sitting on the fence out of fear to team up with them timely and timeously and support the worthy cause of YAYI’s gubernatorial aspirations in their interest as well as those of their future generations.

He assured them the teachers that they had nothing to fear being associated with this Support group, YAYI Teachers as our political leader in the State, the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun and Senator Solomon Adeola are working towards the same goal, which is to better the lots of the people in the state.

The dividends of democracy and deliverables being shared and the gigantic infrastructural development being carried out directly, indirectly and facilitated by Senator Adeola-YAYI are in tandem with the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and complementary to the good works of Governor Dapo Abiodun.

Prof Ajibola-OMOLUABi cautioned the teachers not to listen to the misinformation and public ranting in the social media of rift between the two political leaders.

”That all is just media hype that does not warrant any attention, let alone deserves neither melody nor vibration,” Prof Ajibola-OMOLUABI assured, and went down memory lane to refresh the audience on what brought about learner-drivers being tagged as “Lam” by Ibadan residents in those days.

”It was as a result of the former Executive Governor of Oyo State Late Lam Adesina facilitating the purchase and acquisition of vehicles by Oyo State teachers on a large scale during his regime to the extent that learner-drivers litter the city of Ibadan and environs,” Prof. Ajibola stated.

The OFY Convener said that ”such scenarios and even more will repeat itself by God’s grace come 2027 with Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola at the helms of affairs at Oke-mosan seat of government,” he assured, and quoting the words of Senator Adeola-YAYI daid; “E ti ri nkan kan”……….meaning You aren’t seen anything yet, more goodies still to come.

He congratulated the teachers and prayed for long life for all of them to be amongst the people and technocrats who would ”accompany our prospective Principal and Governorship Hopeful, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola-YAYI to Oke-mosan.’:(FLOWERBUDNEWS)
