    Abuja (FLOWERBUDNEWS): As plans for the establishment of an initial 200 hectares ultra-modern livestock farming hub in the country intensifies, members of the ALMUNTAQIM Empowerment has been assured of tremendous economic benefits that awaited them once the project took off.

    Flowerbudnews reports that ALMUNTAQIM, a highly respected national economic empowerment organisation, is a major partner and stakeholder in the proposed livestock hub conceived by El-Trusty, and for which 200 hectares of land had been acquired with full support of the Niger State Government.

    As Nigerians, and especially, members of ALMUNTAQIM Empowerment were showing interest in becoming part of the expected success story of the propsed unique livestock investment project, the Director General of ALMUNTAQIM, Mallam Abdulakeem Ibrahim, has elaborated the potential economic empowerment benefits expected from the project.

    Mallam Abdulakeem Ibrahim, is a seasoned expert in economic empowerment, development projects and programmes.

    Addressing ALMUNTAQIM EMPOWERMENT Members nationwide, Mal. Ibrahim said that the proposed livestock farming hub would provide direct Employment Opportunities for ALMUNTAQIM members, especially those from Niger State who would have priority access and consideration.

    Mal Ibrahim assured that the project would also benefit ALMUNTAQIM members and Nigerians in general, through Capacity Building by exposing Members to training and capacity-building programmes that would enhance their skills in livestock management.

    For ALMUNTAQIM Members in other states, there would eventually be Reciprocation Opportunities through which the success of the livestock farming hub project in Niger State would become model for replication in other states, creating opportunities for members across the country.

    He said that ALMUNTAQIM members would also benefit from Retailership and Distribution as they would be allowed to sell products or services related to the project.

    Mal. Ibrahim said that ALMUNTAQIM members would also be availed Training and Capacity Building through which Youths across all states could benefit through programmes which would enhance their skills and knowledge in livestock management.

    Other Key Benefits of the proposed project were;
    – *Economic Empowerment*: under which members would benefit through employment, entrepreneurship, and business opportunities.

    Others are; Skill Development* through which ALMUNTAQIM Members could acquire new skills and knowledge in livestock management which would enhance their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

    The members would also benefit from- *Networking Opportunities under which the project could provide opportunities for members to network with other stakeholders, including industry experts, policymakers, and potential investors.

    Abuja (FLOWERBUDNEWS): Nigeria’s Livestock Sector is set for a major boost as three formidable local and international economic group began talks on establishment of a 200-hectare livestock hub in Nigeria.

    FLOWERBUDNEWS reports that the three economic empowerment organisations, the International Collaboration, Business Innovation with Technology and Science (ICBITS), EL-Trusty Multilinks Ltd and ALMUNTAQIM GROUP,have met to discuss details of the objectives and other formalities for a successful take-off and execution of the project.

    Prof. Day Bruce, who presided over the meeting, led the ICBITS team, while,Mr Aminu Ibrahim, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EL-Trusty Multilinks Ltd, and Mallam Abdulakeem Ibrahim, the Director General (DG) of ALMUNTAQIM EMPOWERMENT, were all present at the meeting.

    A report of the initial meeting of the tripartite made available to FLOWERBUDNEWS stated that the establishment of the livestock hub, would create employment opportunities for over 3,000 youths in line with the Federal Government job creation goals.

    Mr Aminu Ibrahim, the MD/CEO of EL-Trusty Multilinks Ltd,, a seasoned livestock farming expert based in Niger State, disclosed that a deal had been signed with the Niger State Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries for the location of the planned livestock hub in Niger state.

    (Prof Day Bruce, the CEO of iCBITS, is a professional expert who is fully dedicated to the transformation of not only Nigeria but Africa with skills and the development of human resources, a pan Africanist.)

    Mr. Ibrahim said that 200 hectares of land were already granted to his company along with full support of the state government to turn the state into the planned livestock hub for Nigeria.

    The planned livestock hub would also house a centre fir training of youths to become livestock entrepreneurs and reduce crime levels among youths n the state through the economic empowerment, the report indicated.

    The Partners also acknowledged that the
    Livestock hub development would boost the state’s econom, noting that the Potential synergies between partners could achieve the sale of 60,000 live goats in a year.

    The project would also focus on Promoting skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development.

    The partners agreed on immediate development of an implementation roadmap, engaging with relevant stakeholders and the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation framework.
