Democracy Day; Ayede Poly Rector Urges Nigerians to Support Government Efforts to Reshape Nigeria

Ayede (FLOWERBUDNEWS): The Rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Ayede, Dr. Taofeek Adekunle Abdul-Hameed has enjoined Nigerians to engage actively in the democratic processes to assist government efforts to reshape Nigeria.

Dr. AbdulHameed (FNSE), gave the charge in a message on the occasion of this year’s Democracy day, a copy of which was made available to FLOWERBUDNEWS.

The Rector particularly enjoined the academic community to remain committed to the principle of democracy in the institution, assuring; ‘at Federal Polytechnic Ayede, we are committed to fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued.”

”As we embrace the principles of democracy within our academic community and beyond, let us remember that democracy is strengthened when we all engage actively in the processes that shape our society,” Dr. AbdulHameed urged.

‘:Engagement goes beyond mere participation; it is about collaboration, understanding, and building a future together.

‘:Whether through student associations, community outreach programs, or academic discussions, let us come together to promote democratic ideals.,” the Rector stated.

Dr. Abdul-Hameed stated further:
As your Rector, I encourage each member of our Polytechnic community to take part in this vital process.

Let us work collectively to enhance our democracy, ensuring it reflects the diverse perspectives and aspirations of all. Together, we can build a brighter future for our institution and our nation.
